When you register for an event, create a profile, volunteer, donate, or contact us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, age group, and emergency contact details. We do not collect more than we need to run programs and keep participants safe.

We use this information to organize events, manage registrations and waitlists, communicate updates, process donations, and respond to volunteer or partnership inquiries. We do not sell your information to third parties.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate (such as payment or email processors) and, where required, with venues or partner organizations for a specific event. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of participants.

QNS Youth programs collect limited information about minors, provided by a parent or guardian, solely to run the program safely (such as age group and emergency contact). See our Safeguarding Policy for more detail.

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or opt out of non-essential emails, at any time by contacting us.
