By using this website, registering for an event, or creating a profile, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

QNS Soccer programs are free to participate in. Registration helps us plan capacity and communicate updates, but does not guarantee a roster spot for every event. Participants are expected to follow event staff instructions and behave respectfully toward other players, volunteers, and the public.

Soccer and related physical activity carry an inherent risk of injury. By participating in a QNS Soccer event, you acknowledge this risk and participate voluntarily. Some events may require a separate signed waiver.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account access secure. We may suspend access for misuse of the site or repeated violations of event conduct expectations.

Donations and merchandise purchases are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms. Donations are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

We may update these terms as the organization grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
